Changes to This Policy

SMS/Text Messaging & Mobile Data
Peptora Labs LLC (“Peptora Labs”) operates an SMS text messaging program. If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Peptora Labs, we use that number solely to send the messages you asked for — delivery updates about an order you placed, and replies to any HELP request you send us. Opting in to text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
Along with your mobile number we keep a record of your consent — the date and time it was given, and the form on which you gave it — so that we can show which categories of message you agreed to receive.
We never sell or share your mobile information for marketing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We disclose your mobile number only to the service providers that operate our messaging program (such as our SMS platform provider) and only so they can deliver our messages to you.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help or email support@peptoralabs.com. Full program details are in the “SMS/Text Messaging Terms” section of our Terms of Service.
